Starframe was founded by Javier Romero in Madrid in 2025, after 25+ years delivering AAA animation and VFX inside the studios that define the category. The thesis is simple: while the industry drowns in model hype and integration chaos, what's actually missing is order — management, governance and production discipline, codified from inside real productions. That's the gap we fill.
We work as senior production and VFX leadership — embedded with our clients, accountable for outcomes, and never selling tools we wouldn't use ourselves. Constellation exists because we needed it. It's now available to other studios because it works.
